I'm adding a few more ideas for rewilding. Pick one and try out something that makes sense to you. Do let me know if you try any of these out, or come up with your own ideas for your enjoyment of movement and nature!

foraging and jam making for jam tarts

Foraging for sloes (blackthorn berries), making your own jam and pastry to make delicious jam tarts.* Plenty of movement skills involved here: walking, reaching, hip hinging carrying, pitting, kneading, standing, rolling. And the pleasure of making your own preserves.
All lovely movements that are lacking in our culture of convenience. Homemade food is so much more nutritious and tasty. Once you try it, you will know just what I mean!

Planting saplings is very satisfying and involves plenty of movement skills: hip hinging, head ramping, squatting, kneeling, digging, carrying.

pick a different time for your walk

Early in the morning or after dark. Your usual walk will seem very different. Your sense of hearing and your sense of smell will sharpen. Experience how it feels to walk in fallen leaves.

Feel free to invent your own ways to rewild your autumn. It is a very enjoyable season!
