ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Isabelle.
I trained as a soft tissue therapist after my son injured his knee. I wanted to understand how it happened and why (he had a team of therapists and coaches helping him on the road to becoming a pro tennis player) and I wanted to help him make his dream come true.
Then I went on to study biomechanics with Katy Bowman, learning corrective micromovements, to bring long-lasting health benefits to my body, my husband's and my four children's bodies as well as my clients'.
After qualifying as an oncology massage practitioner to help one young client improve after surgery, and following his death, I learnt about compassionate inquiry and nature connectedness.
I'm now a natural mindfulness guide, for my benefit as for the benefits of people attending my local nature walks! I love learning about and experiencing all the benefits nature connection bring.
